Information we collect

When you interact with the studio, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, order and claim details, photographs you provide or approve, personalization choices, and your consent records. Service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Payment details are processed by Square; our application stores payment references and order status rather than your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to prepare and fulfill orders, personalize products, provide access to purchased digital files, respond to support requests, record your communication choices, and maintain transaction records. We do not use your photographs for advertising without separate permission.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for website hosting and storage, payment processing, and order communications. These include our website hosting platform, Cloudflare, Square, Resend for email, and Twilio when SMS becomes active. Information is provided as needed to deliver these services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are used only to administer the messaging service, including by providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations. When our SMS service is active, you may reply STOP to unsubscribe. Email magicglow@groupasu.com for help or to update communication preferences.

Digital files and retention

Download purchased files before the access deadline stated on your order ticket. A download link expiring does not mean the underlying files or order records are immediately deleted. Contact us with retention or deletion requests. Keep your private ticket link confidential because anyone with that link may be able to access its files.

Family photographs

Orders should be placed by an adult authorized to provide the contact information and photographs. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s photograph.
