Magic Glow Studio SMS terms
The SMS service is not yet active. These terms describe the planned customer order messaging program.
Program and operator
GROUP ASU, LLC operates Magic Glow Studio’s order messaging program. When available, messages from +1 (833) 427-4326 will include order confirmations, order status and pickup updates, links to purchased digital files, and responses to customer service requests. This program does not include marketing messages.
Permission to receive texts
Enrollment requires your affirmative consent to receive order-related text messages at a mobile number you are authorized to use. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Simply visiting this page does not enroll you. At customer checkout, enter your mobile number and actively select the optional SMS checkbox, then continue to payment to save your choice. You can leave the box unchecked and complete your purchase with email delivery only. No SMS will be sent until activation. See our checkout consent workflow.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your orders, order status, and support requests. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for applicable charges.
Stop messages or get help
Once the service is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact magicglow@groupasu.com or (301) 272-5793. Customer support is available by email and phone while SMS setup is pending.
Privacy and delivery
Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing. Read our privacy policy for information about service providers and your choices. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your order ticket links private.
